CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Avoid getting ALL wood jewelry and hairclips wet when bathing, swimming, etc. To maintain their appearance, make sure to put them on last after applying any hair products.

  • ALL wood lanterns, wood jewelry dishes, and wood memory keepsake boxes or anything else made with wood should NOT get wet. To clean just wipe with a soft cloth or a slightly damp cloth.

  • DO NOT use candles with a live flame in the wood or acrylic lanterns. Please use LED battery-operated candles or miniature lights for your safety.

  • Eco Resin products can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do NOT use cleaning products or scrub to avoid damaging your item. **Not dishwasher safe. Periodically condition your item by applying a small amount of beeswax or coconut oil. Gently rub it in, let it soak for about an hour, and then buff with a soft cloth.

SHIPPING:

Processing time is currently 1-5 business days, please allow for additional processing times during holidays. Processing time is the time I need to prepare an order for shipping and doesn't include shipping.

Estimated shipping times United States: 5-7 business days, I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS:

Request for cancellation MUST be made within 12 hours of purchase.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive ***damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

Please Note - Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I make every effort to ensure your purchase is packaged to arrive safely. I take pictures before each item is packed for shipment and pictures of the box before it is sent.

***In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. I can take no responsibility due to negligence on the carrier's part. I ship USPS and UPS Ground, items are insured thru the carrier. I will not make a replacement until the claim has been settled with the carrier.
