✨ How do I care for my items?

Wood Jewelry & Hair Clips
To keep your pieces looking beautiful, avoid getting them wet (no swimming, bathing, or excessive exposure to moisture). Always put them on last after applying hair products.

Wood Home Decor (Lanterns, Jewelry Dishes, Keepsake Boxes, etc.)
Wood items should not be exposed to water. To clean, simply wipe with a soft or slightly damp cloth.

Lantern Safety
For your safety, please do not use real flame candles in wood or acrylic lanterns. We recommend using LED battery-operated candles or miniature fairy lights.

Eco Resin Products
Clean gently with a damp cloth—no harsh cleaners or scrubbing. These items are not dishwasher safe.
To maintain their finish, occasionally apply a small amount of beeswax or coconut oil, let it absorb for about an hour, then buff with a soft cloth.

📦 What are your processing and shipping times?

Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days. During holidays or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time (U.S.)
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days once your order has shipped. While I do my best to meet these timelines, they are not guaranteed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes!

  • Please contact me within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery

Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

🚫 What items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
